In September 2004, Nabil Sawabini founded and became Chairman and CEO of MENA Capital SAL. In 1996, he founded and became President and CEO of Middle East Capital Group (MECG), a regional Investment and Merchant Banking firm headquartered in Beirut. Mr. Sawabini was earlier with J P Morgan, where he spent twenty years in the US, Europe and the Middle East in positions of increasing responsibility, including Managing Director and Head of Global Asset Services, Head of International Securities Sales and Trading, Senior Vice President in Investment Banking and Specialized Finance (Petroleum, Shipping, and Commodities) as well as Treasury and Foreign Exchange. In 1991/1992, Mr. Sawabini was President of the American University of Beirut (AUB) Alumni of North America, after serving on the board for four years. He is also founder and Chairman of the Entrepreneurial Development Foundation (EDF), since its inception in 1999. He is also Chairman of several financial and real estate companies. Mr. Sawabini graduated from AUB with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

Executive Director and board member of Georges N. Frem Foundation. Rania Frem el Khoury started her professional career as Marketing and Business Development Manager at one of  Indevco’s industrial  manufacturing facilities in Lebanon from 1990 to 1998. Thereafter, she spearheaded the establishment of the non-profit organization originally named “Indevco Foundation” to perpetuate the vision, goals and practices of the Founder through pioneering programs aimed at fostering economic development and nurturing a pluralistic and democratic society.  Mrs. Frem El-Khoury holds a business degree from the Lebanese American University and has attended several Management Development programs at leading educational institutions in the US and Europe. She also serves on the board of some key development organizations.

Ramzi El Hafez is the founder of InfoPro, a publishing house, market and economic research firm, business and financial consultancy, and conference organizer. InfoPro publishes Lebanon Opportunities and a number of other publications, business reference books, and websites. He sits on the board of several public, trade, NGO, and charitable organizations. He holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA, both from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

After earning her Ph.D. in Organization Economics from MIT, Florence Eid joined the graduate School of Business and management at AUB in February 2000, were she teaches economics and finance to undergraduate and MBA’s. Dr. Eid returned to Lebanon after 10 years in the United States, working for the World Bank and the Ford Foundation, and pursuing graduate studies at UCLA, Harvard and MIT. She is a founding member of Lebanon's Entrepreneurship network, to encourage and finance innovative business ideas with strong potential. Florence Eid's involvement in the EDF combines her non-profit experience with foundations in the US and her interest in the economic development of Lebanon.
