About Us

Entrepreneurial Development Foundation (EDF), founded in 1999, Lebanese Registered Charity No.72/AD. The Entrepreneurial Development Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that promotes entrepreneurship among the less privileged in Lebanon’s rural areas and needy neighborhoods of big cities. 

Our Mission

Contributing to the improvement of the country’s overall socio-economic well-being and job creation especially for women and youth in the rural and peri-urban area through:

  • providing start-ups, MSMEs and entrepreneurs with vocational and capacity building training
  • facilitating access to finance for the less privileged

Our Vision

A country where every person is living and working to their full potential. EDF aims to:

  • be the focal point for msmes and entrepreneurs looking for vocational and capacity building trainings, and access to finance
